Discussion covered outreach channels (school newsletters, electronic signs, flyers), booth participants (energy program representatives, legal-services providers), language access (posting announcements in Spanish), and staff plans for sending a save-the-date and invitation list. Staff said they would prepare a timeline and a draft invite list for subcommittee review.
