The court approved an interlocal cooperation agreement with the city of Justin under which Denton County will contribute $7,000,000 to PRJ260002 for FM 407 from Florence Road to Justin’s western city limits. The funding will come from the permanent improvement fund; the court separately approved budget amendment request 2026177 to transfer the $7,000,000 into the project account. Commissioner Evans moved the transfer; the Chair seconded, and the measure carried unanimously.
