The Saratoga County Board of Supervisors opened a public hearing to consider proposed amendments to the boundaries of Consolidated Agricultural Districts No. 1 and No. 2. The Chair called the hearing to order and asked the clerk to read the public notice.
The clerk read the notice, stating that the hearing is pursuant to Resolution 45 of 2026 and listing the hearing date and time as Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. The notice explained that written communications must be received by 3:30 p.m. on March 11, 2026, and that copies of petitions for agricultural district inclusions are available from the Saratoga County planning department. "Take notice that pursuant to Resolution 45 of 2026," the clerk said during the reading.
The Chair reminded any prospective speakers to "state your name and address for the record, and please keep your comments to 3 minutes or less." After asking whether anyone had signed up to speak, the clerk said there were no registrants and that no written comments had been received by the deadline. With no public testimony, the Chair closed the public hearing.
No formal vote or further action on the boundary proposals was recorded during the meeting. The hearing record, including any petitions and written submissions received by the stated deadline, is maintained by the clerk's office and the Saratoga County planning department; contact information and submission instructions were provided in the read notice.
