City of Fairfield launches North Texas Street Revitalization grant program

The program will provide reimbursement grants for eligible work including exterior lighting, landscaping, permanent signage and parking lot repairs, Panduro said. She described the initiative as aimed at encouraging private investment, strengthening economic vitality along the corridor and creating “a brighter, more vibrant district.”
Panduro said the upgrades are intended to help businesses stand out, attract customers and contribute to a safer, more welcoming environment. She directed interested parties to the city website for application details: fairfield.ca.gov/ntx. The announcement did not specify total funding available or application deadlines.
