The commission approved PSU25‑0012 (special use to permit an entertainment establishment), two zoning variations (PV26‑0003 to reduce required parking stall length and PV26‑0004 to reduce a required drive‑aisle width) and PSPMAJ25‑0001 (major site plan and appearance) for a proposed 4,977‑square‑foot addition to the existing restaurant building. Staff said the use would include casual dining, video gaming terminals, virtual‑reality stations, an arcade, golf and cricket simulators and an outdoor dining area.
