Hannah Fryer, executive director of Youth and Family Services, said the organization seeks CDBG support to acquire and renovate the former Boy Scout building for specialty treatment court programs and separately to furnish the facility. “Our total acquisition cost for the project was $254,123,” Fryer said, and described a CDBG request of $228,711 with an organizational match of $24,412 for the acquisition; she said furnishings would cost about $119,175, with a CDBG request of $104,175 and a $15,000 match.
