The motion was put to a roll-call vote and recorded 'Yes' for the trustees listed during roll call, after which the board met in closed session.
Upon returning to open session the board took no additional public action on these matters in this meeting. The Committee of the Whole adjourned and the board planned to reconvene for the regular board meeting in 19 minutes at 7 p.m.
