Andrea moved to enter closed session; a trustee seconded the motion and the clerk called the roll. The roll-call sequence recorded affirmative responses for Trustee McCarthy Lang, President Kaufman, Trustee Hughes, Trustee Cooper, Trustee Novey and Trustee Torres; Trustee Koenig was reported as not present in the subsequent roll call. Chair announced the closed session would be held in the Development Services Conference Room.
