Board approves minutes and consent agenda, adjourns regular meeting

A separate motion to approve the Aug. 19, 2025 study session minutes passed with abstentions noted from multiple members as announced; the motion was recorded as carrying 4–0 as announced from the dais.
On the consent agenda, Frank Crawford moved to approve items 12.1 through 14.2, with Oliver Taylor seconding; the board approved the consent agenda unanimously, 7–0, as announced.
The chair said there was no new business and adjourned the meeting; the board’s next regular meeting is scheduled for September 2025.
Why it matters: These routine approvals preserved the official record and cleared the agenda for committee reports and public comment, including the union’s remarks on Cedar Lane presented earlier in the meeting.
