Library board appoints three-member policy and procedure review committee

A board member seconded the motion and the board voted unanimously to approve the appointment. The committee will review draft policy language, suggest amendments and inclusions, check clarity and tone, and return recommendations to the full board. The chair said the committee's work will be conducted by a small group meeting (Teams/Zoom) and any substantial changes would be presented to the full board for approval.
The motion carried without opposition.
