Bayonne Board approves superintendent and business-administrator recommendations; some personnel items recorded recusals and abstentions

The Bayonne Board of Education voted to approve the superintendent's and business administrator's routine recommendations during its October meeting at Woodrow Wilson Community School.

President Desmond noted exceptions for items B2, B3 and B9 when casting her votes. Trustees otherwise indicated approval of the superintendent's report.
The business administrator's report, covering items C1–C18, was moved, seconded and approved by the trustees present.

President Desmond also offered brief remarks of appreciation to the host school staff: “Those 2 young ladies that sang and did the pledge were phenomenal,” she said.
