Commissioners moved and seconded to approve the consent agenda with item e (resolution 2026-1540) pulled for discussion. After the chair’s clarification about the signature page, the commission called the roll and approved the resolution. A roll-call series of “aye” votes was recorded and the chair closed discussion.
