Commissioners asked for additional visuals and material swatches for cabinet, vanity and bunk-bed details before final installation decisions. Loveland said she would request pictures or drawings from the contractor and could approve minor selections on behalf of the board within the bid amount; the board agreed that if items exceeded the bid or required changes they would be notified.
Chair Hamilton moved to approve the Cabin 6 remodel at $16,112.61; the motion was seconded and passed by voice vote. Commissioners noted mattresses and linens are not included in the bid and can be purchased from park funds if needed. Loveland said she would oversee the project and return with a proposal if major changes or cost overruns occur.
