The Oswego County Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Directors met at 10:09 a.m. on Feb. 10, 2026, in Fulton and voted unanimously to approve routine financial business, including the January 2026 minutes, bills for February, the January financial report and the 2026 modified budget.
Director Mary Ellen Chesbro moved to approve the January minutes and the financial report; Director Tom Bonoffski seconded the motions. Each vote was recorded as 3 yeas and 0 nays. The board also approved the February payroll certification as submitted.
The board reviewed reconciled bank statements for January, which Chairperson Jeff Richards acknowledged had been examined. The approvals preserve the district’s accounting continuity as staff proceed with upcoming program work and grant reporting.
The board set its next meeting for March 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and adjourned at 11:09 a.m.
