Board President Josh Glenn, who served as the hearing officer, said the board reviewed the administrative record developed at prior grievance levels and that any board vote would occur in open session following deliberation in private. Board counsel Mark Goulet told trustees their review was limited to that record and that the proceeding was an administrative presentation rather than a judicial trial.
Trustees did not request recusals during the employee‑grievance portion of the meeting, and the board proceeded to vote on the administration’s level 2 determination. The board did not append additional findings to the public record at the time of the vote.
The board moved on to hear a separate community‑member complaint later in the meeting; the board summarized both matters before adjourning at 7:00 p.m.
