In a separate action the board adopted Resolution No. 2026‑0009 honoring Carla Allen for 26 years of service in the Department of Information Technology. Board members and IT colleagues described Allen's customer service, mentorship, and institutional knowledge; a speaker who identified herself as a former colleague said, "I still check‑in, so gone but not forgotten," and the board thanked Allen for her long service.
All three items were moved, seconded and adopted by the supervisors present during the meeting.
