National City council directs negotiators in closed-session talks with employee unions

Mayor Morrison stated, “Nothing to disclose,” before adjourning the meeting to the next regularly scheduled session the following Tuesday.
The council did not disclose details of any specific proposals, concessions or vote outcomes for the negotiations during the public report; the attorney’s statement indicates only that the council provided negotiating direction to staff.
