Wales panel reviews Land Use Title Update scoping proposal, plans Development Review Committee training

No contract or formal selection was made at the meeting.
Committee secretary Lee Fox was assigned to follow up with other consulting proposals and to coordinate next steps. Committee members also discussed the organization and training needs for a Development Review Committee (DRC). Fox will contact Kevin Daniels and Lynn Wall to arrange a follow-up meeting focused on DRC formation and training schedules.
Members did not take formal action to retain a particular consultant or to adopt a final scope; the item remains at the review-and-solicitation stage. The committee approved prior meeting minutes (with an added notation) and adjourned at 7:37 p.m.
