Sun Valley Utilities of Milton approves Jan. 22 minutes and financial report, no public comment

The Sun Valley Utilities of Milton Board of Directors opened its regular meeting Feb. 19, 2026. The chair called the meeting to order and moved through the agenda.

The board approved the minutes from its Jan. 22 meeting, introduced as "item number 20 26 dash 38 71." "Motion to approve," the chair said, noting a motion by Councilman Powers and a second by Councilman McKee; the chair corrected a name pronunciation and stated the minutes were "unanimously approved by all members present."

The board then considered the financial report, item 2020886. The chair asked whether members had reviewed the report and whether there were questions. Councilwoman Farrow moved to approve the financial report and Councilwoman Fretwell seconded; the chair stated it was "unanimously approved by all members present."

The chair announced there were no ordinances or resolutions for "Sundial" on the evening's agenda and asked for communications from members; none were offered. The chair also opened the floor for persons to appear before the board sitting as the board of directors for utilities and reported that no one came forward.

With no further business in the meeting segment, the chair noted completion of the items and the board transitioned into its scheduled work session.
