Neptune Beach names East End lifeguard station for Larry Hobbs

The resolution notes Hobbs’ death on 06/08/2019 after a five-year battle with cancer and calls for a future dedication ceremony at the site.
Council moved and seconded the resolution and the roll call vote was recorded as unanimous in favor. The council indicated staff will coordinate a public dedication when logistics are finalized.
