The Chair corrected an earlier reference to the park name on the record, clarifying the correct name as Leon Schmidt Park (the public speaker had referred to it as "Irene Schmidt Park"). The correction was entered before subsequent discussion and is reflected in the council’s record of the meeting.
The consent agenda read later in the meeting included resolution R2025-47, described as an intergovernmental agreement with DuPage County for local economic development grant funding to construct a pop-up market.
