Laura Stroebel was elected Board President by voice vote after being nominated by Kate Noetzel; Kate Noetzel was elected Vice President in a 5-2 secret ballot (Elizabeth Charland voted by text while attending via phone); Elizabeth Charland was elected Board Clerk by a 5-2 secret ballot; Nick Silvaggi was elected Board Treasurer by unanimous voice vote; and Brenda Rauth was elected Board Secretary by unanimous voice vote. The board also welcomed newly elected member Paul Demczak. Charland excused herself from the meeting at 6:39 p.m.
