At the committee’s March 18 meeting the lead accountant presented current balances and committed-project totals for the district’s construction bonds and corrected a prior numeric error in the 2021 fund figure.
She reported the 2017 construction bond revenue at $19,987,221 with remaining committed projects of $2,205,293; the 2021 construction bond revenue at $54,806,678 with remaining committed projects corrected to $20,038,000 (she apologized for a prior misstatement); and the 2025 construction bond revenue at approximately $18,110,385 with remaining committed projects of $17,310,385.
A committee member flagged the 2021 number and staff corrected the record during the meeting.
The accountant said the 2021 committed-project balance had been misstated earlier in the presentation and confirmed the corrected $20,038,000 figure for the record.
