Camp Verde council approves solar installation and lease-purchase financing for wastewater plant

Councilor Patricia Seybold moved to approve both resolutions; Councilor Robert Foreman seconded. The roll call vote was 7-0 in favor.
The Council did not record any amendments to the agreements during the meeting. Specific contract terms (length of lease, interest rate or repayment schedule) were not specified in the public minutes and remain subject to the executed agreements and subsequent staff actions.
