Staff recommended two‑way stop control in each case to improve safety: Yale Place at 71st, Livingston at 78th (stop Livingston), and a north/south stop on Forest at Woodland. "In all these cases, we received a request for stop control… and so in all cases, we're recommending 2 way stop control based on inadequate lines of sight," the engineering staff said.
Committee members discussed prior requests and whether multiple residents had petitioned for signs; staff said a single online request is sufficient and that evaluations are done from an engineering perspective. One member asked that the Forest and Woodland installation (item 8) be handled as a 90‑day trial, which the committee approved along with the other two items. The combined package passed unanimously.
