LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. — The Mayor and Council of the City of Lawrenceville on Feb. 23 approved rezoning for a property at 151 Honeysuckle Avenue and denied two special-use permit applications, voting unanimously on each item.
Todd Hargrave, the city's planning and development director, presented rezoning case RZR2025-00031 and introduced Scott Smith, a land surveyor.
