The board approved the February minutes and then took three separate motions: approval of March bills (motion made by Director Lockwood, seconded by Director Bonoffski), approval of the February financial report (motion made by Director Bonoffski, seconded by Director Lockwood), and approval of the 2026 Modified Budget. All motions carried by recorded tallies of 3 yeas, 0 nays in the minutes.
Director Jeff Richards reviewed reconciled bank statements for February 2026. The minutes recorded that payroll certification for employees and the reconciled statements were reviewed and approved as submitted.
The board set the next regular meeting for April 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
