The Murrieta Valley Unified Board of Education approved multiple routine and policy items during its special meeting.
The consent calendar items E‑1 through E‑6 were approved collectively by a 5‑0 vote. The board also approved the 2025–26 Board of Education meeting schedule and adopted two resolutions: Resolution No. 24‑25‑30 supporting career and technical education and Resolution No. 24‑25‑31 supporting early literacy professional development and instructional materials. Each of those votes was recorded as unanimous (5‑0).
Trustees and the superintendent highlighted existing district work on career and technical education, noting a district guide and in‑school programs from elementary career fairs through high school externships. The board recorded the personnel report approval and other routine items during the consent portion of the agenda.
These actions were approved without recorded dissent and will be implemented through the district’s usual administrative processes.
