Mayor Pro Tem Tim De Graw introduced the recognition and named Head Coach T.J. Brindley and assistant coaches Stone Segala, Gina Miller, Kyra Peery, Zadie Zwygart, Laura Jensen and Candice Brindley. Council and the team recognized athletes who contributed to the championship run, and those who earned podium finishes were listed in city minutes; the team posed for photos and was presented a certificate of recognition.
Council noted the championship season reflected community support and cooperative participation from athletes from nearby Spanish Fork High School, which did not field its own girls team this year. The recognition was ceremonial; no formal action or funding was associated with the presentation.
