Enoch City Council handled several procedural items at the start of its March 18 meeting. Council Member David Harris moved to approve the meeting agenda and to approve the February 18 minutes; Council Member Debra Ley seconded both motions and both passed unanimously. Harris also moved to ratify expenditures; Council Member Shawn Stoor seconded and the motion passed.
Later in the meeting Council Member Shawn Stoor moved to approve Resolution No. 2026‑03‑18 proclaiming Saturday, April 25, 2026, as Arbor Day. Council Member Debra Ley seconded the resolution and a roll‑call vote recorded five 'Yes' votes (Stoor, Harris, Ley, Trower, Miner). The council also approved Ordinance No. 2026‑03‑18 to change the address of 181 E. Remington Rd. (Parcel A‑0798‑0030‑0000) to 5012 N. Winchester Dr.; Council Member David Harris moved and Council Member Shawn Stoor seconded, and the ordinance passed by roll call with the same five 'Yes' votes.
The meeting concluded after a brief staff report and a short training session; Council Member David Harris moved to adjourn, Council Member Debra Ley seconded, and the motion carried.
