Commissioners asked for an update from the contracted planner about vendor placement, staffing and band lineups; they urged staff to confirm where food trucks and vendors will stage and how parking will be managed to avoid congestion near fireworks and other activities.
No formal action was taken; staff will follow up with the contracted planner and report back with a more detailed logistics plan before the event.
