Staff presented a quote of $22,001.24 for the QT system and said FuelMaster's quote was roughly $4 higher. The vendor explained a $16 monthly fee for the unbranded credit‑card network (through Phillips 66) and that daily credit receipts would be sent to the city, which would receive weekly deposits.
Council members moved and recorded approval. Staff said the airport will manage the terminal locally and that procurement followed the airport board's recommendation.
