Cornellson said the changes maintain content neutrality consistent with recent U.S. Supreme Court determinations, consolidate standards, and add imagery to illustrate regulated sign types. Staff and the Planning Advisory Board recommended approval, and the item had previously passed first reading.
Commissioners offered no public comment and moved to adopt the ordinance. The clerk conducted roll call and the ordinance passed 5–0.
