Committee approves emergency demos, repair contracts and sends multiple items for follow-up; several items deferred
Summary

Emergency repair contracts for coach engine, transmission and body repairs (agenda 6.7–6.9) were sent to formal with recommendation to approve. Item 6.10 (delegated approvals list) was sent to formal with recommendation to approve. Parade permits (6.17 and 6.18) were sent to formal with recommendation to approve. The committee received and filed item 6.13 (dangerous buildings findings) and 6.19 (board up Saint Rita) and concurred with recommendations at 6.14 and 6.15.
- Confirmations and clarifications: The group executive reported 4815 Tireman had been demolished on Sept. 16 and the committee approved 5.4. Legislative Policy Division staff confirmed tax clearances for the relevant contract were approved and expire 09/02/2026.
