Planning staff confirmed the boulders had been placed where earlier violations occurred and described outstanding items staff expects to verify on as-built plans.
Staff said three stormwater ponds were required by May 15 and noted that seasonal constraints make it difficult to complete landscaping and pond work in winter; the developer requested an extension to complete a construction-cost estimate and to push certain installation deadlines (staff mentioned August 15 as a possible extension). The applicant also asked for a longer deadline for the final 280 feet of finished pavement.
Board members expressed concern about a road-width discrepancy (plans called for 22 feet but the measured width was 20) and asked that the applicant submit as-built plans showing all agreed markups. The board voted to take no action and schedule a site walk after the as-built submission; staff and the applicant agreed on timeline expectations for the next meeting so the board can conduct the site walk and reassess outstanding items.
