Commissioners approved the Treasurer’s receipts totaling $984,012.34 and approved claims presented at the meeting; the total claims amount recorded in the minutes is $2,303,480.24. The claims list (as recorded in the minutes) includes multiple fund-specific totals, such as roads vendor claims of $609,266.51, highway bridge buyback claims of $210,072.38 and general payroll claims aggregating to $816,850.63.
Commissioner Rod Reynolds provided a courthouse-remodel update with Emergency Manager Brian Woldt. First-quarter PTO reports were presented. Kellie Draper, representing CASA, discussed a VOCA grant; a motion by Commissioner Reynolds, seconded by Commissioner Stewart, to approve the VOCA grant and authorize Chairman PJ Jacobson to sign passed unanimously.
