The Dunn County Housing Authority held a special meeting on Feb. 11, 2026, and discussed the Incentive Buyback Program while approving administrative items including a software subscription for managers.
President David Twist called the meeting to order at 4:45 P.M. Board Member Amannda Bangert moved to approve the Jan. 22, 2026 regular quarterly meeting minutes; Lance Larsen seconded and, on a roll-call vote, all voted "aye" and the motion carried. The minutes are recorded as subject to review and revision.
The board discussed the Incentive Buyback Program with local contractor Jerry Exer, who expressed interest in the program and asked questions about its application and implementation. Board members said they may call a future special meeting to review applications related to the program.
