County staff said the project is part of a larger multi‑phased effort to improve safety and traffic flow and to connect SR‑162 with new development areas. Staff described Exhibit A (parcel descriptions) and Exhibit B (legal notice) and presented a technical amendment to Exhibit B to update the public-notice affidavit and correct the meeting location.
