Council members expressed interest in avoiding queuing onto Warren Road, and asked about trash receptacles and the potential need for police traffic management if peak traffic occurs; the petitioner said site stacking and additional island landscaping should mitigate spillover.
The motion to approve passed with planning conditions requiring signage and specified landscape adjustments as recommended by the Planning Commission and administration.
