Holly Area Schools board approves consent agenda, confirms three new hires

The Holly Area School District Board of Education approved its consent agenda at the Sept. 22, 2025 meeting, including minutes from the Sept. 8 meeting and personnel appointments.
Mrs. Blair moved to accept the consent agenda and Mr. Deahl supported the motion. The board voted 5–0 to approve the items with no discussion recorded.
Personnel listed on the consent agenda were: Karin Perrine, hired as a substitute bus aide effective Sept. 8, 2025; Kelsey Kaminski, hired as a success facilitator at the high school effective Sept. 15, 2025; and Gabrielle Coryell, hired as a paraprofessional at REL effective Sept. 19, 2025. The hires were approved as part of the consent agenda vote.
The board packet also included minutes from the Sept. 8 regular meeting and closed-session minutes; those minutes were accepted as presented. The board did not request additional discussion on consent items.
The board’s next agenda includes presentation of the elementary achievement report and school goals on Oct. 6 and the secondary report and goals on Oct. 20.
