"I have am in the process of submitting my retirement paperwork effective May 22," Mister Boyd said, adding he moved the date up partly because of commuting costs.
Committee members thanked him and said they would recognize his contributions at a later date. The announcement was made during the 'good of the order' portion of the meeting.
