At its March 5 meeting the Cedar Fort Planning Commission took the following formal actions:
• Approval of minutes (Feb. 10 and Feb. 18, 2026): Motion by Kent Withers; second by Bart D Berry. Vote recorded with four affirmative votes and noted recusals related to the Feb. 18 minutes; motion passed.
• GSBS final draft (General Plan): Motion to forward the final draft pending adequate addressing of comments from planning staff and the March 16 meeting. Moved by Kent Withers; second by Lynnette Groff. Vote: unanimous; motion passed.
• Culinary water connection requirement: Motion to set a 0.75-acre-feet minimum for residential culinary connections, conditioned on site-plan approval and documentation of water-use areas. Moved by Kent Withers; second by Bart D Berry. Vote: unanimous; motion passed.
• Amendments to the Cedar Fort Municipal Code: Motion to approve presented amendments to definitions and code provisions. Moved by Kent Withers; second by Lynnette Groff. Vote: unanimous; motion passed.
