The Board directed that a copy of the minute entry and the Board order be filed with the February 11 minutes and posted to the Bureau's website.
The Board recorded the amendment in a Board Order and Minute Entry and instructed the Board secretary to file and publish the corrected record. The action was taken during routine additional board business and was recorded in the official minutes.
