Suffield Board approves three foreign exchange students for 2025–26 school year

Superintendent Matt Dunbar told the board the district would like to welcome one student each from Spain, South Africa and Germany, and said each student has a host family in Suffield. "The district would like to welcome three international students for the upcoming school year from Spain, South Africa and Germany," Dunbar stated during the presentation.
James Mol moved to approve the students and Gianna Rossi seconded. The board voted 5–0–0 to approve MOTION #26-07. No additional conditions or funding changes for the placements were specified in the meeting record.
The approval was recorded as part of the board's regular meeting business. Minutes from the Aug. 11 meeting are subject to approval at the board's Sept. 2, 2025 meeting.
