Nick Snyder, director of Parks and Waterways, told the board the county received two bids for the Centennial Trail asphalt replacement and "Poe Asphalt [was] the responsive lowest bidder at $268,000," and he recommended awarding the contract to Poe Asphalt. John Phillips, Solid Waste director, asked the board to approve a grading and stormwater plan for the Ramsey Transfer Station demo pit with Jacobs Project Management for $26,920 and separately to approve a 2026 life‑cycle analysis for the Fighting Creek Landfill with Jacobs for $24,720; both items were approved after brief presentation.
