On the discrimination and harassment policy, President Tom Engleman called for a motion, the motion to approve was made and seconded, and trustees voting affirmatively included Amanda, Joanna, Honey, Joe Henders, Malavika, Michael Hostet and President Tom Engleman; Shelley was not present. The chair announced the policy passed.
No additional formal actions were taken on new business; the board reviewed the draft gift-acceptance policy and scheduled further consideration for the April meeting.
