He estimated the overall project at roughly 65 percent complete, with most remaining expenditures tied to summer work and FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) deliveries scheduled for June and July.
Inside work — ceilings, accent walls and flooring — is planned to continue through the late spring and summer; deliveries and installation of classroom and common‑area furnishings are timed to be ready for the first day of school. The presenter said the bond program remains in healthy financial condition with approximately 41 percent of budget remaining, noting one large payment was recently made.
Trustees were shown photographs of the progress and staff said they will continue to report monthly as construction advances toward scheduled openings.
