Council to pursue traditional public works building design; authorizes park survey quote

Mr. Hall recommended adopting a project ordinance for construction funding once cost estimates are available, which would keep the project’s accounts separate across fiscal years rather than appropriating annually. The Council did not adopt the project ordinance at this meeting but asked staff to proceed with contracting steps for design and surveying.
