Chair John Bellingham appointed Chad Wolff to serve as clerk and the board then approved the meeting agenda and consent agenda unanimously. The consent agenda included minutes from Jan. 26 and Feb. 2, 2026, employment actions, additional assignments and authorization of payments and transfers.
