At its Aug. 11 meeting the Holly Area School District board took several formal actions. All recorded roll-call votes listed in the minutes were 6 Aye, 0 No.
The board approved the consent agenda, moved by Mrs. Blair and supported by Dr. Cunningham. The consent items included the July 14 regular meeting minutes, the July 2025 treasurer’s report and financial reports, and a personnel report listing new hires across the district (teachers, social workers, a bus driver and support staff), with effective dates specified in the personnel list.
On a motion by Mr. Deahl, supported by Dr. Cunningham, the board approved a resolution expressing concern about delays to the Fiscal Year 2025–2026 School Aid budget. The board also approved the district calendar for October and November 2025 on a motion by Dr. Cunningham, supported by Mr. Deahl.

After reconvening, the board approved a resolution regarding student 2425-7 at the Middle School on a motion by Dr. Cunningham, supported by Mrs. Blair.
